Free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders (continental U.S. only).

Orders placed by 10:00 AM PST, Monday–Friday are processed the same day or within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday/Sunday or holidays, will be processed the next business day (typically Monday).

Delivery occurs Monday–Friday; transit times are counted in business days. The first transit day starts the business day after the carrier (e.g., USPS) picks up your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. To start a return or exchange, simply email us with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and the reason for your return or exchange.

United States (Domestic)

• Returns: We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
• Exchanges: We’re happy to assist you with exchanges for sizing, color, or product changes.

International

• Returns & Exchanges: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be calculated based on your package’s weight and destination.

Eligibility Requirements

• For Returns: For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• For Exchanges: Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Processing Times

• Review: Return requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.
• Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method.
• Posting: Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
