Order Cancellations

Standard Products:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@linodeshoes.com to confirm your order status.

Returns 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After that, we won’t be able to process your return.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If you’re returning shoes, the shoebox must be unmarked and undamaged—please pack it inside another box for shipping. Avoid putting tape or labels directly on the shoebox.

A $4.99 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Tights, Undergarments, Discontinued or Clearance Items and Any Custom Merchandise including, but not limited to; Custom Warm Ups, Custom Uniforms, Custom Bags, Custom Tee Shirts.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email info@linodeshoes.com with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide a return address and instructions within 2 business days upon approval.
  3. Return Shipment: We will provide a prepaid return label. A $4.99 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Please Note:

 Expedited shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We’re happy to assist you with exchanges for sizing, color, or product changes within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible for Exchange

  • ✅ Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • ❌ Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be exchanged.

How to Process an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email info@linodeshoes.com with your order number, product details, photos, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with the exchange process details and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  3. New Product Shipment: The replacement will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your original product.

Good News: We cover all exchange shipping fees for domestic orders. However, expedited shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Returns Outside the USA

We also offer a 30-day international return policy.

Eligible for Return

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

International Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Contact us at info@linodeshoes.com with your order number, photos, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address.
  3. Return Shipment: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be calculated based on your package’s weight and destination.

Important: Linodes is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@linodeshoes.com for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Items returned to us without prior authorization may be refused.
  • If your returned item does not meet our policy conditions (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging), we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
