Free Shipping: All U.S. domestic orders ship free via standard service.

Order Processing Details

  • Orders submitted by 10:00 AM PST will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after this time will be handled the next business day.
  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding holidays). In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather or carrier delays.

Important Notes

  • We ship to residential and business addresses only. PO Boxes are not supported.
  • Shipping is available only within the continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other territories).

International Shipping

  • For Australia: Orders ship via UPS or USPS Standard.
  • For other international orders: Choose between UPS/USPS Priority or Economy services.
  • Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their country.
  • Available carriers include DHL, UPS, and USPS.
  • International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times vary by country.

Restrictions

  • We do not accept orders shipped through freight forwarders.
