I recently placed an order. When can I expect it to be shipped?

Tracking numbers will be provided 3 to 4 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us via email.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Is it eligible for return? What if there are any issues?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in the event of product defects or damage. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the entire amount of your original purchase. Please ensure that the returned parcel includes your name and order number.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for its arrival before initiating the return process.

Upon double-checking and confirming the incorrect address, please notify us promptly via email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can rectify it with the correct one within 24 hours.
