If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

We can only accept returns of items purchased on linodeshoes.com, and purchases from linodeshoes.com cannot be accepted in any other store. All returns of items purchased on linodeshoes.com must be returned to our warehouse.  We do not offer exchanges.

To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return.

If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at info@linodeshoes.com. Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 6 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed. 

All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.  

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. 

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition which includes tags and any packaging. 

All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
